Hybrid (P90X Workout) Shoulder and Arms Ab Ripper X (Day 3)

Get more P90X Reviews and Information at www.betterbody90.com P90X Workout (Shoulders and Arms Plus Ab Ripper X) Today was pretty hardcore but not as bad as I expected. Though I expect to be very sore tomorrow, it’s one of those things, you feel fine that day but when you wake up the following day you are sore as crap! P90X still rocks me to this day. What I love about the P90X workout is that you can constantly increase weight reps to increase intensity. You really can never max out, the only thing that may happen is you may get bored. That is why I created my Hybrid workout schedule between the P90X workout and Shaun T Insanity. Day 3 is done and Day 4 is on the way (Shaun T Insanity Pure Cardio) Push Play! My fave workout…I’m doing it for the 3time after not doing it for about 10months, started sep 23, did the second video friday, and had to take a two day break, my whole body was killing me :P I though I had mastered all the moves, but man =(, no better work out than this, and it fast :) :) about to do this work out =) and is my fave :) .

    • cuteglitternails:

Is just funny to see what move you struggle through, because those are the same hubby struggles through… and I dont…the ones I hate he loves and find easy… I guess there is a big difference when it comes to certain moves for females and guys :P

    • SasukeIsPwnage:

Do they show ways to do all of these with the bands or are some just for weights?

    • briannasmommie:

Hy I’m a 14 year old boy, and i was just wondering if this would be to difficult for me. I am pretty athletic and can do14 pull ups and 40 push ups, but this looks pretty difficult.

    • MegaKhas:

@jkitley1 Trust me you can do it I was also 14 when I started. And I was in terrible shape lol.

    • 1991gunit:

@jkitley1 Yeah you can do it. Im just starting it and Im in terrible shape. I cant do 14 pull ups and im holding up. If theres any work out you cant do, Tony shows you modifications to make it easier for you. For example he recommends using a chair if you cant do the pull ups.

    • jmg7445:

Did you do Insanity first then move on to P90X?

    • Bubu511:

type in “give me 4 week abs” in the youtube box and click on the video with hearts in the title to learn how to get a 6 pack in 4 weeks.

    • MrXman316:

My day 3 is tomorow wish me luck

    • CadeMcArtor10:

Great workout. The best part is the cat just chillin while you benched it. I like the variations in the workouts. Doing a lot of things standing seems to be more about real world strength.

Do the weights come with the P90x?Also how many pounds do you use?
